Mr. Alan Savio
(Managing Director)

Shri Alan Savio has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) and BE (Computer Engineering). He has been associated with IFCI since 2009 and has experience in Venture Capital, Corporate Advisory, Corporate Lending and Project Finance. He has handled business development, deal evaluation and structuring of equity and quasi equity investments, underwriting & syndication for infrastructure projects, resolution of stressed assets, recovery from Non Performing Assets and divestment of unquoted equity investments. He has also headed IFCI’s Ahmedabad Regional Office.

Apart IFCI Limited, he has worked with IFCI Venture Capital Fund Limited and has earlier represented IFCI on the Credit Committee of IFCI Factors Limited. He has also been on the Board of Directors of Gujarat Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Limited (GITCO) and on the Investment Committee of Golden Gujarat Growth Fund-1 (managed by GVFL Limited) in addition to the Board of Directors of various other investees companies of IFCI Limited. Presently, Shri Alan is also on the Boards of IFCI Financial Services Limited, IFIN Securities Finance Limited and IFIN Commodities Limited.

Prior to joining IFCI Limited, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services Limited and led a team in Business Analysis, Application Development, Performance Engineering and Risk Mitigation for projects of GE Commercial Finance.

Ms. Shikha Gupta
(Chief Financial Officer)

Ms. Shikha Gupta is a Chartered Accountant, M.Com and JAIIB/CAIIB, having more than 17 years of experience. She is currently heading Integrated Treasury and Investment Department as also the Resources Department of IFCI. She previously headed the Corporate Accounts and Taxation Department as also the Loan Accounting Department of IFCI. She also has experience of working in other Departments such as Sugar Development Fund (SDF) and Corporate Advisory Department of IFCI.

Ms. Sharmila Chhikara
(Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer)

Ms. Sharmila Chhikara is Deputy General Manager, IFCI Limited and is currently working in Company Secretary and Compliance Department of IFCI Limited. She is a Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India and holds M.Com, LLB degree from Delhi University, Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, JAIIB/ CAIIB. She has an experience of more than 18 years in Corporate Laws, Compliance and Corporate Governance. Prior to her tenure at IFCI, she was working with Medicamen Biotech Limited as Company Secretary and Head Legal.
