Mr. Manoj Mittal, aged approximately 54 years, thought-provoking and has a track record of over 3 decades in promoting organizational growth and profitability through strategic leadership, multi-functional expertise, financial acumen and creation/optimization of organizational processes.
He has served as Deputy Managing Director in Small Development Bank of India from January 2016 to January 2021. He was closely involved in the development of SIDBI Vision 2.0 and its successful implementation to emerge as a financially sound effective institution.
In 2010, A.P. During the MFI crisis, MFIs were instrumental in restructuring the dues of banks and in implementation of the lending effort. He has vast experience in the design, management and effective evaluation of various sustainable and developmental programs funded by multilateral agencies/Government of India. Mr. Sunil Kumar Bansal
Mr. Sunil Kumar Bansal is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, Cost Accountant from ICWAI, Kolkata and holds Diploma in Treasury and Forex Management from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He secured All India rank 23rd in CA Final. He has served in NABARD at several positions and having vast experience of more than 35 years out of which 22 years as senior executive at NABARD as an Investment Manager, Financial Consultant and Development Banker. He is having cumulative 10 years Board level experience in organizations like SIDBI, NABCONS & NABVENTURE. He has headed state of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh Regional Office as Officer-in Charge/ Chief General Manager. He has also proven his expertise as member of important Committees set up by Government of India like (i) Working Group on KCC constituted by DFS, MoF, GoI to review the Kisan Credit Card Scheme; (ii) Sarangi Committee on Interest Subvention and DBT; and (iii) Project Management Group where he headed the group which in consultation with Boston Consultancy Group redesigned financial and developmental products at NABARD. He has headed/participated in several studies and training programme like Study of Micro-credit institutions in Philippines (1998), Exposure visit to 5 European Countries on ‘Management of Change’(2002), ‘Programme on Advanced Corporate Finance’ at London Business School, London (2008), Program on Financial Inclusion and Agriculture Credit, Brazil(2014) etc. He has Specialized Skills in Fund, Liquidity & Treasury Management, Domain knowledge in Finance and Supervision. He has conducted investigations in investment operations of Apex Cooperative Banks. He is also Director on the Boards of IFCI Ltd., Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd., MPCON Ltd and IFCI Infrastructure Development Ltd.
Ms. Madhushree Nanda Agrawal
Ms. Madhushree Nanda Agarwal is an electrical engineer from VNIT, Nagpur, and an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, where she specialized in Business Management. She has completed the Fellow Programme from IIM Calcutta with a major in Organizational Behaviour and minor in Strategic Management. Her dissertation was in the area of Entrepreneurship and Management of New Ventures. She has five years of industry experience in the Indian IT industry, and twelve years of teaching experience in areas of her academic interest, which include Organizational Design, Cross-Cultural Management, Creativity and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management of Non-Profit Organizations.
Mr. Sachikanta Mishra
Mr. Sachikanta Mishra is a post graduate in Mathematical Economics and is currently working as Chief General Manager in IFCI Ltd. Mr. Mishra has over 20 years of experience in various fields like Macro-modelling, Corporate Advisory, Risk Management, Project financing, corporate finance etc. He is currently holding a post of Chief Credit Officer of IFCI Ltd. Before holding charge as Chief Credit Officer he was in charge of Mumbai and Delhi Regional Office of IFCI Ltd.
Mr. Bikash Kanti Roy
Mr. Bikash Kanti Roy is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur Universuty and holds Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. He is presently working as General Manager at IFCI Limited, headed Kolkata Zonal Office and having vast experience in Project Financing / Corporate Financing, Standard Assets Monitoring, Developing Business Opportunities and Deal Structuring, Corporate Advisory Services, NPA Resolution, Restructuring through JLF under CAP as per RBI guidelines, including restructuring through SDR and S4A processes, etc. He served as Managing Director of IFCI Factors Ltd. from March 24, 2014 until August 10, 2015 and as Nominee Director from June 07, 2017 until December 14, 2017. His past assignments include association with Zacks Research Pvt. Ltd., Industrial Investment Bank of India Ltd. and Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).
Mr. B.N. Nayak
Mr. B. N. Nayak, FCA, a chartered accountant by profession, has over three decades of vast professional experience in Banking & Finance Industry, during which, he has served in senior management roles in IFCI Ltd. across a wide spectrum of business functions like strategy, risk management, credit, restructuring, resources mobilization, disinvestment, treasury operations, corporate accounts and taxation, before being superannuated as Executive Director.. During his tenure with IFCI, he had headed IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd., as its MD. As the nominee of IFCI Ltd., he has served as director on the boards of Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. and various assisted corporates.
Prior to joining IFCI, he had worked in Orissa State Financial Corporation, a state level financial institution, where he had made specific contributions in form of systematising the accounting & financing processes, development of various polices and manuals and resource raising in trying periods, in addition to exposure to appraisal, restructuring and accounts & taxation.
Mr. Nayak also holds a law degree and certified associateship of Indian Institute of Bankers.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain
Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain has over 36 years of Rich experience with Public Sector Banks in India. He has served as an Executive Director of Union Bank of India where he was overseeing operations of the Bank in London, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, Antwerp and Sydney and also responsible for Human Resource Development, Management of non-performing assets/stressed assets portfolio of the Bank and Management and Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise portfolio of the Bank.
Prior to Union Bank of India, he has served upto the position of General Manager, National Banking Group-Western India at Bank of India where he looked after oversees banking, processing of Large credit proposal. He has also worked as Manager (Credit) in Bank of India, Hong Kong overseeing one of the largest international portfolio of international trade finance and loan syndications for the Bank.
