IIDL, a wholly owned subsidiary, has been promoted by IFCI to leverage its expertise in the emerging infrastructure and real estate sector. IFCI today, owns prime residential and office premises across the country and is also equipped with experience in appraisal and monitoring of infrastructure projects. IIDL aims to actively leverage these strengths to make the most of emerging opportunities in the real estate sector. Besides redevelopment, modernization, ownership and management of properties owned by IFCI, IIDL’s mandate is to strategically develop properties acquired through NPA resolution from banks and FIs, or directly obtained from development authorities. It shall undertake to achieve its goals either by making these acquisitions independently or through joint ventures/ SPVs.
Currently IIDL is developing a modern, fully equipped , state-of –the-art Serviced Apartments at a Mayur Vihar, Delhi. The project boasts of a prime location and is located in close proximity to the Common Wealth Games Village. It is well connected through the Metro and DND expressway.
During a short span of time since inception, IIDL has made a formidable progress with its pan India presence. It has ventured into residential, commercial and hospitality sectors in cities like Delhi, Ghaziabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Guwahati and Murshidabad. IIDL is coming up soon with its projects in Lucknow, Haridwar, Rishikesh and many other cities across India. IIDL added a feather in its cap when it signed an MOU with the Govt. of Karnataka for establishing a Financial City at Bangalore on 50 acres of land near Bangalore airport.
